Kelly hose with hammer union for rotary drilling API 7K 5000PSI
Application:
The kelly rotary drilling hose is flexible Connection between standpipe and swivel(Rotary Drilling) or between pump and standpipe(Rotary Vibrator) for pumping mud at extra high pressure in oil drilling and exploration work. Kelly Rotary drilling hoses are used in oil fields, well cementing, well repairing, geological explorations, small drilling machine, and water
conveyance at coal excavations. They are useful to carry slurry, water at environmental
temperature, and other fluids.
Structure:
Inner tube :NBR, specially compounded for handling abrasive, corrosive and oily drilling mud
Reinforcement: Multiple layers of steel wires
Cover: NBR, Specially compounded, resistant to abrasion, corrosion, cutting, gouging, oil and weather.
Fitting: Hammer Unions, API Male End, Flanges
Accessory: Safety Clamp & Chain
Applicable Standard: API Spec 7k
